This is Davos
Davos is located in eastern Switzerland in the canton of Graubünden. As the highest town in Europe, it is also Switzerland's largest Alpine holiday and conference destination. Davos hosts the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Discover Davos
Whether you are looking for adventure or tranquility, Davos has a lot to offer. Discover the many sporting opportunities in the vacation paradise of Graubünden: try paragliding, golfing, cycling, or snowboarding. And, of course, the number one national sport, hiking. When you've worked up an appetite, Davos has much more to offer: shopping, wellness, culinary delights, and a great nightlife. Spend your free time at Lake Davos, on the Schatzalp, or in the Kirchner Museum.
Schatzalp
The Schatzalpbahn cable car takes you directly to the legendary Hotel Schatzalp. The Art Nouveau building with its magnificent sun terrace inspired Thomas Mann to write his novel “The Magic Mountain.” Relax in the alpine garden, in the sauna, or on the squirrel trail. Get your adrenaline rush on the summer toboggan run or, in winter, on the Schatzalp toboggan run.
Jakobshorn
Davos' local mountain offers countless opportunities for hiking, winter sports, and biking. Freestyle fans will love the JatzPark. The Jatzhütte promises plenty of après-ski fun. If you want to relax after so much action, you can rent the whirlpool on the mountain all to yourself.
